NOMINATING COMMITTEE - Prior to the annual meeting, the President shall appoint a Nominating Committee to consist of six (6) active members, one from each of the six (6) states. None of the members of the Nominating Committee shall be officers or members of the Executive Committee. The Chairman of the Nominating Committee shall be designated by the President. It shall be the duty of the Nominating Committee to nominate candidates for office for the following year to be voted on at the annual meeting.
