THE JOB: Supervises the activities of the vital records operation and active legislative records; and provides clerical administrative support functions, including transcribing minutes, preparing agendas and reports. Performs related duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree in Public or Business Administration, or related and five years experience in an office environment, two of which shall have been at the supervisor level; or equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. NH Driver’s License or access to transportation is required; ability to obtain Justice of the Peace/Notary Public is required w/in 120 days of employment.
