MISSION STATEMENT

The New England Association of City and Town Clerks is an organization of Municipal Clerks from the six New England States whose mission is to foster professional development, personal growth and educational opportunities for members by strengthening communication and networking opportunities, holding annual conferences and sponsorship of the New England Municipal Clerks' Institute and Academy.
